This historic Snob Hill estate serves as a premier landmark for our upcoming public charity foundation and the upcoming collection of my books, including my main biographical volumes, My Painted Soul, and my caregiving text, Existing with SMI. In this premier setting, I will be debuting my extensive, lifelong collection of original paintings, highlighting our signature movement: The 21st Century Sophisticated Primitive — Piersón. Operating as an exclusive Private Membership Association (PMA) accessed strictly via private invitation and mandatory RSVP schedules, the sanctuary will host highly controlled fine-art day classes for individuals of all ages. Our fine-art classes will run side-by-side with exclusive, private RSVP Gallery Openings and Art Showings hosted throughout the entire year, featuring special Author Book Signings during these vibrant seasonal events.

The exceptional completed art pieces created by our budding artists will be offered for sale to empower their vocational independence and will be mounted across our primary Salon Gallery walls alongside museum-quality works created and graciously donated by our international residents. To celebrate the healing power of rhythm, the grounds will feature The Bob Marley "Reggae Style" Performance Stage, hosting intimate, live acoustic performances directly from our students. The entrance drop-off zone will feature The Lady Gaga Expressive Arts Pavilion & Monet Studio, serving as our primary public programming landmark while keeping our personal residential life 100% private. To ensure absolute safety, our structure explicitly mandates that a professional, competent caretaker will be present on-site at all times during all public programming to exclusively support our primary comfort zone, freeing me to safely teach and manage our gallery showings without disruption.
